Great care is taken in the selection of the right person for the right position. At the beginning of each assignment we will normally make a visit to your premises to obtain a thorough understanding of the business and the exact requirements. This visit will also give you the opportunity to meet the consultant who will be primarily responsible for handling the assignment. We will also assess any need for testing the candidates on your behalf and we use a top secretarial testing package which covers shorthand, typing and Microsoft Office skills.
We then speak at length to candidates we feel are wholly appropriate for the role and after careful selection a short-list of candidates will be prepared and sent to you. Interviews can then be arranged and once an offer has been established we can take up references if required. When the candidate has joined the company, we carefully follow up to make sure both parties are happy.
In most instances we can normally short-list within a small amount of time, however if the role requires the need to advertise, we will then prepare copy and choose the most appropriate advertising publication either hard copy or web based.
Throughout the assignment we feel a strong sense of responsibility towards our clients and candidates. Each stage of the selection process is conducted with care and integrity.
